• Custom research and analysis
• Real-time alerts for specified regions
• Client portal access for report downloads

3. Subscription and Payment

• Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• 30-day notice required for cancellation
• Refunds available within 14 days of payment

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and billing information
• Maintain security of account credentials
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not resell or redistribute intelligence reports

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials provided by KvantEdge are proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Clients receive a limited license to use reports for internal business purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

KvantEdge provides intelligence for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information. Clients should verify critical information independently.

7. Disclaimer

Intelligence reports are based on open-source data and AI analysis. KvantEdge is not responsible for decisions made based on our reports. Users should consult with qualified professionals for high-stakes decisions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activities. Upon termination, access to client portal and reports will be revoked.
